It was a difficult situation that she was in, a rocky start. And yes, it seemed that the team wasn't letting her in as they should, and that was on them, but for the most part it was up to Quinn to learn to adapt and to prove to them and herself thats he could do the job. At least that was how Francis saw it. He had no doubt that she could do the job, but she had to learn to stop and think.
But, damn, he hated to see her like this. He almost wished that he was one to lie and just agree with her, so that she could vent. But that wasn't him, he would always speak his mind. "Is there anything I can do to make you feel better?"
