She hadn't been expecting what she saw. She figured it would be shaky, but not like this. She didn't know how he managed everyday with his mind this unstable. Quinn's own mind had been different. There wasn't much to put back together; only return a piece to where it belonged to pull everything into place. Occasionally that piece wanted to shake loose but she willed it into it's place and moved on.

That wasn't what she saw here. She saw a man that needed to strengthen and fortify his own mind in order to function properly, but where to start? With everything fluid as it was, she couldn't exactly... maybe she could.

He needed fortified boundaries to stop things from moving freely as they pleased. If they could better compartmentalize the things, thoughts and emotions, they could let it settle. Eventually they might be able to remove the boundaries, but that was a risky thing to do. You don't really want to fuck with someone's head. God, what could she do to help him?
